Meet Interlinked Family Law's principal attorney, Troy Ward, J.D.

Mr. Ward approaches family law in a thoughtful and holistic manner, assisting his clients through difficult life transitions in a transparent, honest, and professional manner. Focused on client relationships, Mr. Ward holds himself to the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct.

Mr. Ward is skilled with highly contentious and complex financial issues relating to divorce, child custody, and child support-specializing in obtaining judgments and payments for substantial child support arrears, arguing for and against spousal support (alimony), domestic violence orders of protection, and many other important family law issues.

Mr. Ward is a veteran of the armed services and is a proud member of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma. He has previously worked in multiple Tribal Courts in New Mexico & Oklahoma, as an Assistant District Attorney, Civil Litigator, and currently specializes in Family Law. Mr. Ward practices law in the following jurisdictions: California, New Mexico, Pueblo of Laguna, Acoma Pueblo, Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, etc.

Troy Ward, J.D., is a highly experienced trial attorney who has found success in tort claims litigation, civil rights cases, and complex criminal trials alike. He is focused on client relationships, and he holds himself to the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct.

Mr. Ward previously worked as a Trial Attorney for the 13th Judicial District Attorney in New Mexico. During his time as a Trial Attorney, he prosecuted hundreds of misdemeanor and felony cases. In those cases, he argued motions, conducted settlement negotiations, worked with victims of crimes, and went to trial at the Magistrate and District Court levels.
