Workability is proud to announce the 2024-2025 schedule of Mediation Training Intensive Workshops!

WHY would you want to attend a mediation training? It’s an effective process to resolve disagreements and disputes without costly legal intervention.

Anyone working with people, who are interested in learning the art of navigating effectively through conflict; helping others find solutions to their issues; wanting to improve their communication skills. Counselors, therapists, coaches, consultants, trainers, managers, organizational developers, lawyers, teachers, are the perfect people to benefit from mediation training!

WHAT does the training include? 40 hours of in-person training, a hard-copy training manual/workbook & electronic version, qualification to be a professional mediator, 3 months of free mentoring and coaching for the first ten participants in the program.

Dates: July 26, 27, 28, August 3, 4 (5 sessions)
Times: The five session series takes place over two weekends; Friday, Saturday, and Sunday sessions run from 830am-530pm, and includes a 90 minute lunch break (lunch on your own)
