Fantastic day at the Parkinson's Moving Event 2024!!! RSB ABQ put on quite the demonstration between target boxing, heavy ball bounce, and the march/stack/squeeze station. Also, Coach Patrick received honorable mention for all of his dedicated efforts to RSB ABQ... congratulations Coach!!

Rock Steady Elves were hard at work transforming the gym into a holiday potluck/gift exchange party extravaganza!
Thank you fighters for making it such a success. Approximately $1000. was raised through support of the quilt raffle to help with the rental of tables and chairs for the party, some summertime cooling bills and some new equipment!! Thanks again to all!
