US pop star Pink offered to pay the fines handed out to the Norwegian women's beach handball team, after they went against strict regulations to wear shorts like their male counterparts instead of bikini bottoms.

The team were fined $1,500 for "improper clothing" at the European Beach Handball Championships.

Pink told them to continue doing so and she’ll fund all their fines. No matter how much.

Lt. Gov. Peggy Flanagan made these comments during protests in early 2026 surrounding Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) operations and federal enforcement actions in Minnesota:

"I am still angry so much has been taken from us. We've endured violence and chaos and cruelty at the hands of the federal government. I will not let the world forget what the Trump administration did to Minnesota"

"How is ripping this family apart and taking him from his children, one with severe special needs, OK?"
