New ERS feature release: Upgraded transaction search, new chargeback and ACH reports, redesigned reports page.

If a payment was declined an operator should be able to quickly find the details that caused the payment to fail.

But this was not an option prior to our latest update.

Our latest feature releases have added tools that give operators more visibility into transaction activity, payment issues, and reporting directly inside ERS.

We've upgraded our platform with the following functionalities:

• A full-depth transaction search that allows operators to see detailed processing, payment, account, and reconciliation information in one place
• New and updated chargeback reporting, including a new Chargeback Action Report
• A new ACH Returns Report with return codes, descriptions, amounts, fees, and transaction details
• A redesigned Reports page with a cleaner, mobile-friendly layout and easier access to starred reports

This means clearer, more detailed, and quicker responses to declined payments and no support tickets required to provide this information to your customers.

Ideal use cases:

• An operator investigating a failed charge can now see the issuer response code and description to determine exactly why it was declined without filing a support ticket
• An operator preparing chargeback documentation can quickly pull the CVV/AVS responses, Card BIN, network details, and authorization amounts directly from search
• An operator responding to a chargeback dispute can open the Chargeback Action Report to see every action taken, the case ID, and the most recent status
• Accounting teams monitoring ACH performance can use the ACH Returns Report that makes it easier to catch return codes and exceptions as they happen so issues can be addressed sooner
