Nicole Abreu recently attended the Albuquerque Hispano Chamber Foundation Scholarship Program, where she had the opportunity to meet scholarship recipient Jacob Barela, an incoming New Mexico State University student pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology. Hearing about his goals and aspirations served as a powerful reminder of the importance of creating opportunities and supporting the next generation of leaders.

That same day, Nicole also attended the United Way of North Central New Mexico’s Mosaic Celebration, an event that honors the donors, volunteers, and organizations working together to make a positive impact throughout our communities.

From celebrating student achievement to recognizing those who dedicate their time and resources to helping others, these events highlight the power of community involvement and the lasting impact we can make when we invest in people.
