Yesterday Pastor David kicked off our new sermon series, “Breaking the Grip of Fear.” 🐍🔥 We started by talking about the fear of snakes and how serpents are mentioned throughout the Bible over 80 times, often representing fear, temptation, and the enemy. But one thing we learned is that the only fear we should carry is the fear of the Lord. In order to break the grip of fear, we need the fire of God. 🙌 Shoutout to everyone who faced their fear and grabbed, held, or touched the snake yesterday 😭 y’all are brave for real. This is only week one, so invite somebody these upcoming weeks as we continue talking about different fears, phobias, and how God gives us freedom over them.
