Keres Community Health is looking for licensed Indigenous hairstylists, barbers, and manicurists to be a part of our Native Chair Care project as Trusted Messengers! The Native Chair Care program is committed to vaccine equity and recognizes the values of a Trusted Messengers (TM). TMs will receive a compensation for active participation and are committed to supporting healthy communities.

Celebrated annually we recognize the rich heritage, traditions, and contributions of Native Americans, Alaska Natives, Native Hawaiians, and Indigenous communities all around the world. Including the 19 Pueblos and Nations that are represented here in the State of New Mexico.

This month is a time to raise awareness about the diverse cultures, languages, and histories of Native People and to honor their resilience, wisdom, and contributions to society. Hence, the beauty in indigenous heritage.
