Host Renata Yazzie spotlights Aryn Ward — a composer, multi-instrumentalist, beadwork artist, photographer, and videographer whose work weaves together sound, pattern, image, and Indigenous language as interconnected forms of knowledge.

A citizen of the Mvskoke Nation with Yuchi descent, Ward's music draws from the cadence and tonal qualities of the Mvskoke and Yuchi languages.

Tune in for selections from Ward's chamber music, alongside her favorite works by other Indigenous composers.
