Carefirst Assisted Living

Caregiver for 10 bed residential assisted living facility. Must be able to pass state background check. Experience in memory care is important.

In addition to taking care of residents, graveyard caregivers are responsible for prepping meals for the next day, house cleaning and getting residents up and fed in the mornings.

You must have a current state ID, reliable transportation, and be able to pass the NM State Department of Health fingerprinting background check. We also do drug testing.

Caregivers will become medication assistance certified, and complete monthly online training courses.

We help with Activities of Daily Living. Residents are primarily senior citizens with Alzheimer's and dementia. Tasks include cooking, cleaning, changing incontinent residents, helping with showering and toileting and being a caring person.
