🎉 What a Year for Leadman Plus Training! 🎉

We're proud to announce that we successfully completed TWO Leadman Plus trainings this year—one in English and another in Spanish! The Leadman Plus program is designed to prepare leadmen to step into foreman roles when needed, ensuring all leaders are on the same page with their roles and responsibilities.

A huge shoutout to all the instructors, Roadrunner Language Services, and AUI owners who made this possible. 🙌 The feedback from our students has been amazing, and we couldn’t have done it without everyone’s hard work and dedication!
