Do you have a heart for serving your community? Ripple 2 Wave Foundation is looking to connect with barbers and hairstylists who are interested in volunteering throughout the year in both Phoenix, AZ and Albuquerque, NM.

We host a variety of outreach projects and community events, including youth programs, veteran initiatives, career and resource fairs, back to school events, and more. A haircut is more than just a service. It can restore confidence, boost self esteem, and remind someone they are seen and valued.

This is not for one specific event or date. We're building a contact list of compassionate professionals who would like to be notified of future volunteer opportunities as they arise.

Extreme heat in Arizona is not just uncomfortable, it is deadly.

Ripple 2 Wave Foundation is continuing our Heat Relief Drive to support individuals experiencing homelessness during the brutal summer months across the Valley.

In Maricopa County alone, hundreds of heat related deaths occur each year, with many involving individuals experiencing homelessness. In 2025, the county reported 427 heat related deaths, and nearly half involved people experiencing homelessness.

For those living outdoors, access to water, shade, hygiene supplies, and cooling items can mean the difference between life and death.

We are currently collecting:
• Bottled Water
• Electrolyte Drinks
• Cooling Towels
• Sunscreen
• Hats & Sunglasses
• New Socks
• Hygiene Items
• Lip Balm
• Non Perishable Snacks
• First Aid Supplies

Every donated item helps provide relief, dignity, hope, and human connection to someone fighting to survive Arizona’s extreme heat.

Together, we can create a ripple effect of compassion throughout our community.

This is more than an event, it’s a full community support experience helping families step into the school year prepared, confident, and connected.

We are also welcoming donations of backpacks and school supplies for families in need, every contribution helps lighten the load for a student heading into the new school year.

A limited number of vendor/resource tables are still available for organizations who want to be part of the impact.

For many children in foster care, birthdays pass without a celebration. The Foster Alliance's Birthday Party in a Bag provides everything needed to create a special birthday experience alongside their birthday gifts, giving children the opportunity to celebrate and create lasting memories.

This pageant isn't centered on beauty. It's centered on Leadership, Service, and Community Impact.

We're looking for young women who want to leave a legacy, not just make an entrance.

💖 Where the Real Competition Begins
The impact doesn't end when the winner is announced.

Both the Winner and Runner Up will volunteer with our participating nonprofit organizations, gaining real world leadership and service experience. The Winner will also collaborate with our nonprofit partners to design and lead a quarterly community drive, project, or event, turning ideas into action and creating a lasting impact.

Phoenix summers are no joke. With temperatures soaring, extreme heat leads to hundreds of heat-related emergencies in our valley each year. Access to clean water can literally save lives, and we need your help to protect our community.
