When you open your mind. Become more aware. Do the work. Be more intentional. Your lifestyle can’t help but to follow. It’s the universe way of affirming your shift.

I’m not too big on the word “outgrow” because we still love our family, friends, the places we lived. We just know we’ve shifted away from that lifestyle, from those habits. And it’s time too grow.

Be accountable. Take responsibility. Believe. And watch how your life begins to align. Don’t run from growth, turn around and embrace it with open arms.

Never limit yourself.

Be open to trying new things. Spread your wings and see how far you’ll go. We are only limited by our imaginations. Dream big. Visualize yourself there. Manifest your desires.

Become everything you said you would.

It’s that time of the year again….

Celebrating time with loved ones. Being thankful for life. Reflecting on the past year. Maybe having some down moments. But know this. You have the ability to change your life as you see fit. It starts with a budget…

Set a budget for yourself this year. Look at an area of your life where you maybe gave too much and saved very little for yourself.

You gave out too much money…
Overly available to peoples needs but not yours…
Feeling internally off because of compromising issues…
Not physically well from overexertion and stress…
Struggling mentally because you aren’t in alignment with who you are…

What area did you give too much in and will redirect that back to you? Be intentional with your time. Your focus. Your energy. They are all valuable tools to help you build the life you desire.

Set your budget.

Emotionally.
Spiritually.
Mentally.
Physically.
Financially.

You’ve GROWN through so much. Endured a lot of struggles. Learned many lessons along the way. We have a tendency to beat ourselves up mentally and at times physically…..

We think we aren’t enough. We think we can do better. We think we haven’t accomplished much. But in reality we have done more. Accomplished a lot. Took ourselves further than we believed.

Setbacks happen. Doubts will occur, but don’t ever give up on you. Always hope. Always look for the solution. Don’t ever stay stuck.
