Warehouse Assistant
Monday - Friday 8am-4:30
Must be able to pass a drug test. Great Opportunity -Temp to Hire position!

Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Conducting the smooth functions relating to requisition, receipt, stacking, and dispatch of goods and supplies.

General Summary
Conducting the smooth functions relating to requisition, receipt, stacking, and dispatch of goods and supplies.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities
1. Maintaining inventory of all supplies and making a note of damaged goods, etc.
2. Performing all duties assigned by the warehouse supervisor and the Office Manager.
3. Coordinating with transporters and suppliers for the dispatch and procurement of goods.
4. Supervising the maintenance of warehouse tools and machinery.
5. Following proper documentation and safety procedures of all warehouse functions.
6. Safely, accurately and efficiently fulfill customer orders
7. Verify products, quantities and order numbers
8. Ensure orders are processed in accordance with our customer service standards
9. Ability to problem solve and research inventory discrepancies
10. Ability to interact with teammates to recommend process improvements that will benefit our customers and our business
11. Assure items are counted accurately to meet requirements
12. Assist in other functional areas in the warehouse per business needs
13. Attends all applicable trainings, and be able to use or be certified in use of appropriate equipment (including forklifts, pallet jacks, baler, etc.) as needed for facility
14. Ability to maintain courteous relationships with driver and vendors.

Production Technician – Night Shift - 6pm to 6am -$10/hr.

The Production Technician is responsible to know the manufacturing processes and equipment on the line for the making of vacuum panels.
1. Adjust tack points to the proper tack settings
2. Fold panel flaps place; under tack holders press button; after cycle is complete remove panel and repeat
3. Place panels on pallet; complete and fill out proper pallet paper work
4. Keep area clean and free of tripping hazards

1. Check first panel after thru crosscut saw; to see if measurements are correct make hourly checks making sure that the cuts do not shift in size
2. Safely remove trim from boards after they are cut from the crosscut saw
3. Put trim in recycle container
4. Keep area clean and free of tripping hazards

1. Receive panels from envelope station fold flaps, put in machine install weight on panel after machine is full press start
2. When cycle is complete remove panel visually check for cosmetic defects
3. Save one panel each hour and do a leak test on it and record the findings if findings are not good contact the supervisor
4. Correctly fill out the paper work for the proper machine
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED.
Previous night shift work experience.

Mandatory Requirements:
1. Must be able to lift 40 pounds with lifting assistance as requested
2. Must be able to stand for long periods of time
