🎉 Celebrating 5 Years with Marcy Diaz! 🎉

Please join us in congratulating Marcy Diaz on her 5-year work anniversary with Ambience Hospitality!

Marcy began her journey with us in 2021 as a Front Desk Agent at Super 8 in Portales, NM. Through hard work, dedication, and a passion for hospitality, she quickly grew within the company and was promoted to General Manager of Super 8.

In July 2024, Marcy took on a new challenge by moving to the Hampton Inn & Home2 Suites as Assistant General Manager, where she expanded her knowledge and gained experience operating a larger property. Her commitment to learning and leadership continued to shine.

By April 2025, Marcy stepped into her next role as General Manager of the Holiday Inn Express in Portales, where she continues to lead with excellence.

Marcy’s growth within Ambience Hospitality is a great example of what dedication, leadership, and a strong work ethic can achieve. We are proud to have her on our team and grateful for the impact she’s made over the past five years.

🎉 Happy 5-Year Work Anniversary to Jesa Casillas! (Would’ve been 11 if you hadn’t left us… 😉)

Jesa first joined us in 2015 as Executive Housekeeper at Holiday Inn Express in Portales, NM. After six years, she decided to explore a different career path — but the Ambience family missed her just as much as she missed us!

In 2021, Jesa returned and stepped into the role of General Manager at Comfort Inn Portales, where she led the team with dedication, passion, and amazing results. Always seeking growth and new experiences, in 2025 Jesa made the move to Hampton Inn & Home2 Suites Clovis, NM as Assistant General Manager, bringing her leadership, energy, and positivity to the team every day.

From Executive Housekeeper to Management, Jesa’s journey shows her dedication, talent, and love for hospitality. We’re proud to have her continuing to make a difference in every hotel she leads! 💛
