El Rito is about to get official!

On Saturday, July 11 & Sunday, July 12, we're teaming up with the Carson National Forest to improve the approach trails at El Rito. The first step toward getting them adopted into the official U.S. Forest Service trail system. For the El Rito walls, that's a big deal. And we need your muscles to make it happen.

You can go out out for a single day or camp the whole weekend. Free camping is available at the official El Rito Campground group site just past Little River Wall. Roll in on July 10 if you want to set up early.

What to bring:
Long pants, gloves, closed-toe shoes, and eye protection (sunglasses count). All tools are provided by the USFS. Just bring yourself and a willingness to dig.

The trails we climb on don't maintain themselves. This is our chance to give back to a place that's given us a lot. Register at the link in bio.

Climb of the week is back at Midtown! Get a hold of the orange slices and see how your toe hook skills are doing as you make your way up Biscotti’s newest red tag. It’s a fun climb and there are plenty of other climbs for you to climb around on from last week.
