Athletes: The Sunderland Family — Ivy, Phillip & Mason
Coach Logan wanted to recognize the Sunderland family for their strength, resilience, and commitment to showing up together.
The Sunderlands joined The Performance Ranch following the heartbreaking loss of their daughter last September. Since then, one of their biggest wins has not just been fitness — it has been the people. The 6am community has become more than a workout group. Through one of the darkest seasons of their lives, they found support in people simply showing up, walking alongside them, and being there.
While 6am workouts are not always easy, choosing to train together as a family has helped them continue taking forward steps through grief and healing. Their journey is a powerful reminder that movement can be more than exercise. It can become a source of strength, connection, and support.
As they continue training with Logan and Mikey, their goals are to maintain their fitness, build strength, and support their mental well-being through movement.
The Sunderland family shared that what truly makes Performance Ranch special is the trainers and the community. And we could not agree more.

Coach Kevin wanted to recognize Danna for her hard work and consistency in the gym, and it shows in every session 👏
One of Danna’s biggest wins has been the people. The relationships she’s built and the accountability from those around her have made a HUGE impact on her fitness journey.
Her focus isn’t on just showing up, it’s on training the right way. Danna is committed to finding the best movements for her body and learning how to push her limits in a smart, effective way.
With Coach Kevin’s guidance, she’s working toward building a stronger core and restoring upper body strength while continuing to grow each week.
