Dear friends of Hope Design Ministry please continue praying for this little angel Axel Joel is almost one year old now praise God for his miracle. He was five months old when he had his heart surgery. He had a heart transplant. He is doing great for the most part, good days and bad days. When he is doing good his mom said he is a very happy little guy who loves to play. He still need your help his family is so poor that they can not afford to take him to the hospital in the city for his fallow up Appointments.
