This is Mal! She’s been a core part of our team for 5 years! You might be thinking you’ve never seen her before. She is working behind the scenes most days. Mal is our lovely baker here at Serve! She’s in charge of creating each and every one of our seasonal pastry offerings! Constantly coming up with new recipes, she has the magic touch to make anything and everything taste good including making gluten / dairy free pastries taste INCREDIBLE. If you’ve been to Serve, you have been blessed by the hard work and passion Mal has poured into this place.

We are so so so incredibly grateful and proud of all that Mal has created here at Serve, and we’re honored to serve her baked goods to this community.

When she’s not here making countless dye-free sugar cookies (and everything else in the case), she’s probably baking at home, working in her garden, or on one of her other creative projects.
