It’s Monday. Get a new perspective. Whatever obstacle you’re facing—it’s not permanent. Pain in the body is a precursor to imbalance. Once the body is in balance it can work together as a whole to strengthen to its core.

It was such a treat to have one of my best friends come and visit the newest rendition of PUREformance Pilates at Fortified Fitness. She is an Olympian that ran track and a well known fitness professional and said the entire gym is the next level UP. I’m so proud to be apart of one of the best gyms in the country.

National Breast Cancer Awareness Month supports those who have been diagnosed with, are battling, or recovering from the disease. The PINK luncheon was a huge success here in Parker County. Thank you to everyone who came to and helped put the event together. Merrill West thank you for sharing your journey with us. You are an inspiration to us all!

PUREformance Pilates is up and ready for private/semi private sessions near Weatherford, Texas and greater Fort Worth. The studio space is private with natural light to encourage one to connect to their powerhouse. For more information on sessions, weekend getaways and workshops call 602-377-0604.
