We partnered with Gensler to bring GT’s vision to life, delivering a bright and modern office space that seamlessly blends functionality with high-end design. The first phase—25,000 SF delivered in just nine weeks—sets the stage for a sophisticated and functional environment.

For FHI360, we revitalized their space with a focus on design, sustainability, and functionality. Spanning two floors with a refreshed staircase, this LEED Gold project breathes new life into the workspace while thoughtfully preserving some existing building elements.

🛠️ Custom radiused millwork for the IT bar and banquettes
🌈 Radiused walls and clean lines throughout
🪟 Pantries and expanded conferencing spaces with operable partitions—featuring both fabric and glass options
🌳 Wood-look baffles and illuminated ceilings for a warm, modern aesthetic
🔇 Open ceilings with acoustical FSORB panels for enhanced sound absorption
