Our Story

Since 1936, Riverview Restaurant & Tavern has been a community staple for Algonquin, Illinois. Over several decades, historic events, and social changes, our restaurant has been a constant, and we plan to keep it that way. When you step into our tavern, you'll be filled with nostalgia looking at the old photographs lining our walls. A gathering place for our community, we have delicious cuisine, refreshing drinks, and plenty of entertainment to go around.
