Q4 is here! A reminder to review your year-end business goals and 2022 projections. Last two weeks I’ve been swamped with construction projects looking for builders risk coverage. These projects ranged from renovating single family homes to gutting retail space and building new condos. I’ve corrected lenders on multiple occasions on the property’s market value vs. building replacement cost. Serving my clients is my strength, and saving them on premium is an added bonus!
