We have been experimenting with so many amazing plates. I think I’m confident enough to say that I have selected several of the permanent (rotation) plates that will be part of the opening line up when the time comes. Check out some of these delicious plates below!

Experimental tuna concoction from earlier this evening, off the cuff. There are definitely some untraditional ingredients going on here to bring together a unique flavor profile! We’re calling this “The Dirty Tuna” 🐟 🌽🍎
