It’s with a heavy heart that we announce Foundation Health Chiropractic will be closing Friday, May 30th, 2025. Unfortunately, we were not able to negotiate a favorable lease agreement to move forward 💔

However, we do have a silver lining to this announcement, which is that Turning Point Chiropractic will be your new home with Dr. Garrett. Dr. Garrett will continue to provide the excellent care that you have become accustomed to ♥️

Turning Point Chiropractic will be open Monday, June 2nd, and available for you to continue your corrective/wellness care without missing a beat!

When a van unexpectedly drove through our space, it felt like everything came to a halt. But through the dust, the noise, and the repairs, our incredible team stayed strong—and our amazing community stayed by our side!
