Before and after photos of my newest addition! Remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, new flooring, ac, appliances, doors, blinds, lights, flooring you name it! This one has been far the most challenging one. Now just needs cleaning and will be ready to rent! 😊😊😊

I’m so glad Art Smart Roofing & Exteriors did this repair right before all this rain! Looks like a large animal ate through the shingles, felt and decking. There were some other areas as well that needed attention. Looks great! Thank you again.

Carpet is getting ripped up for replacement. It’s been revealed there are original hardwood flooring in the living room, hallway and all 3 bedrooms! I think I’ll keep it and just have it refinished! What do you think??
