Hi, here at Lehigh Multiservice, inc we are currently hiring for a front desk clerk position, which is currently a seasonal position for the Tax Season. We do business as H&R Block, so you would be working under a Franchise H&R Block office and their clients during your time with Lehigh Multiservice. This position is for Full time during the season or Part time, depending on our needs and your flexibility. Below is the job description for this job:

Front desk clerk job description:
- Welcome incoming clients and assist with their inquiries
- Schedule client appts and maintain appt calendar.
- answer incoming phone calls, check voicemails and take messages.
- file paperwork for client check out.
- maintain cleanliness in the office.

Experience needed for the job:
- Must be 18 years old or over
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience working in a fast-paced environment
- previous experience in a customer service environment
