Neice in michigan making a name for herself in girls hockey

Alpena native and AHA former player Peyton Weir looks to take her hockey skills to the National Level this summer. She will skate as a forward for the 2010 USA Hockey National team.

Peyton received word this week that she has been selected for the 2025 USA Hockey Girls 15 Player Development Camp.

The National Girls National 15 Camp, driven by AAA, will feature 216 players from the 2010 birth year (120 Forwards, 72 Defense, and 24 Goalies). At the Girls 15 Camp players experienced a competitive, age-specific environment with on-ice training (drills, small area games, competitions, etc.) and off-ice training (strength & conditioning, team building, mental skills, nutrition, classroom, etc.).
