Over the last couple months, I've been hosting a women's circle ⭕, set intentionally at the full moon 🌕, to help women release feelings and emotions so they don't get trapped in the body.

Happy Thanksgiving!

As I reflect on this year, Thanksgiving looks a little different today. Normally, I make mulled cider for a crowd, while watching the parade. Then comes the dog show, the Terrier class is my absolute favorite! All while the hubbub of meal prep ramps up. And while that has become a tradition on my Thanksgiving it is something I can do without.

What is really important to me this year is YOU! I am thankful for you and grateful for our relationship over this past year (and beyond for some of you).

Your presence in my life and my journey has meant so much. This year has been different, and challenging, and has called us to step into something new. I appreciate your place in my something new.
