There's an irony in this one: an AI avatar, talking about human connection. And here are a few thoughts on that.
What makes a story real is what's behind it – the thinking, the truth, the intent. The TOOL used is just part of the CRAFT of telling the story. On its own, it does not make a story either authentic or inauthentic. How the tool is used will.
A lot of people are a bit concerned about AI right now. Worried they will be faked out (deceived), or their art usurped, or jobs displaced. I cannot speak to the jobs part, but as for the rest – that's not going to be decided by the tool. It is decided by the creator.
The need for responsible use of the tools has never been greater. And that's not just my personal belief, it's one we followed in making the Frame Your Story series, and our business philosophy no matter what tool or technique we use. Just ask our avatar. ;-)
