7 Days before closing we were notified that the VA had mandated repairs before allowing us to close. Because of the wall height it needed a safety barrier on the retaining wall. After contacting several contractors the fastest bid was 4-6 weeks out and $8000. Well...after some blood, sweat, and maybe a tear upon completion.... I'm happy to say...
