03/22/26; AMRT located an injured mtn. biker at the Fern Truck trail and El Prieto Trail junction. Air Rescue 5 inserted a medic by hoist. After an evaluation the patient was loaded and transported to LA County Fires, Camp 2 and transferred to a waiting ground ambulance.

03/21/26: Your Altadena Mountain Rescue Team successfully passed its annual Technical Rock certification. The Team has been training hard for the last year and it paid off!
With today’s qualification, AMRT is able to maintain its National Mountain Rescue Association (MRA) accreditation.
