Bands alone won’t build a big b***y. 🍑

Yes, activation work is great.
I do it all the time to build mind-muscle connection.

But if you want a THICK peach, you eventually need to load the glutes HEAVY and use progressive overload.

That’s where movements like sumo deadlifts come in.

Big stretch on the glutes.
Huge glute drive.
Serious hamstring tie in.

Activation wakes the glutes up…
Heavy lifting and progressive overload grow them.

One of my favorite quick combos:

Heavy Smith Machine Hip Thrusts+Cable Kickbacks

Hip thrusts load the glutes heavy for mechanical tension (the driver of growth), while kickbacks add constant tension and a deep pump.

Heavy → Pump → Grow.

Quick workout.Serious b***y stimulus.
