1. We are small enough for special orders on beef cuts. We have folks order special things like " can you cut me some fajita meat in strips ?" or " can you grind me some top round into hamburger so it will be really lean ".......
We are a small, local butcher shop with professionals that do this every week.
We start cutting Trammell Cattle beef on Tuesdays, so call on Monday for that special need. Call the Facility at 806-476-3168 and let us know.

2. Let's keep these Roasts moving to your freezer. We never know what kind of winter this will be. Stock up while the specials are here.
All Roasts $10.00 lb. Make jerky, or pot roast, or stew, or even grill that Chuck roast for a tasty, tender, treat.....
