I have finally gotten around to figuring out some beef boxes....
Trammell Cattle has 3 new boxes, small, medium and large....
Small Freezer Box: $ 100.00
1 Roast, 1 Pack patties, 2 Chuck steaks, 2 Ground Beef, 1 Pack cured pork bacon, ( saves around $24 )
Medium Freezer Box : $ 200.00
2 Roasts, 5 Ground Beef, 2 Chuck steaks, 2 Premium steaks, 2 Tenderized round steaks, ( saves around $25 )
Large Freezer Box: $ 340.00
3 Roasts, 10 Ground Beef, 4 Premium steaks, 2 Chuck steaks, 1 Chicken fry, 1 Tenderized top round steak ( saves around $40 )
All beef is local, dry-aged, fully traceable, state inspected and processed locally at Panhandle Meat Processing....
