Coffee Beans and Tea

What is the best water for your coffee or tea? Well that is a good question.
Our water around here is very hard and doesn't lend itself well to making good coffee or tea. It is also pretty hard, no pun intended, on brewing equipment.
We prefer RO water or a good bottled spring water. A trace amount of minerals can add to the coffee or tea. Too much hardness takes away from the taste and adds a film to your beverage.
So choose wisely and get a better cup of your favorite coffee or tea. Which do you use? Bottled, RO, Filtered, or tap.
