Thankful for so many things in my life! Today, I am making it a point to STOP 🛑 a moment as the day goes by. Appreciating the small things in life. Things that sometimes I take for granted - Such as, water, food, a warm bed, a nice bath, a cup of coffee, the elderly, the earth, people. My list goes on and on.....
