Judges in Potter, Randall and Armstrong Counties have Ordered the suspension of non-essential court proceedings due to COVID-19. Courts will hear only certain matters such as CPS removal hearings, temporary orders in family law cases, juvenile detention hearings, family violence protective orders and certain mental health proceedings. All hearings will be conducted by videoconference. More information can be found here
