Kaley Ward leads in one of the most important areas at IMS, claims. It’s detailed work, high responsibility, and it matters to every employer and employee we serve.
For her, it’s also personal.
When asked what she enjoys about her job, she says, “There’s a saying that if you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life, and that couldn’t be more true. I’m truly grateful to have found that sense of purpose and passion with IMS.” That mindset shows up in how she leads her team and approaches every claim. Kaley is great at accuracy, accountability, and making sure people are taken care of when it counts.
Outside the office, Kaley and her husband spend their time traveling, with New Orleans at the top of the list. “The food is incredible, the people are wonderfully welcoming, and there’s always something exciting to see or do.” At home, you’ll find them in the garden or in the kitchen, cooking together.
Ask Kaley what her favorite thing about IMS is, and her answer says a lot about the culture here. To her, IMS is more than a job. It’s a family. It’s a place where people collaborate, solve problems, work through challenges, celebrate wins, and share everyday life together. Over time, those moments build trust, camaraderie, and meaningful relationships rooted in shared goals and mutual respect.
