I can hear y’all talk from the other room when you say the crib would go good in here. I can hear you when you say this checks all of our boxes but I’m still not sure. I can feel your excitement when you talk about where everyone would hang out on the porch while you’re having a cookout. My inner child is just as excited as your kids are, when they’re running up and down the stairs and chasing each other down the hallway, telling everyone, this is my room! This is my room!
 Selling your house and taking you to buy another house is a very simple process, but that’s not why I do what I do. I’m not in this game to just sell houses. I do what I do because I get to meet new people every day and I get to make new connections every day and watching people reach their goals puts happiness into my heart that can’t be replaced by anything. 
You need someone that listens, that pays attention to your wants and your needs, and more importantly, always has your back and will do anything to help you get the results that you want.

Let's wake up and learn a little something that you won’t read in facebook comment sections or see anywhere on scare-posts about “bubbles” or “crashes.”
Headlines are all over the road when they’re discussing what is actually happening with home prices and the current market. Basically what we are seeing with the 'leveling out' of price points in the market is a deceleration. That still means that the homes ARE appreciating in value but just not at the insane pace that they have been over the past year.
According to a study by Corelogic - home prices appreciated between 19-20% year-over-year from January to March. But over the last few months, the pace of that appreciation has decelerated to 18%. This means price growth is still climbing compared to last year but at a slower rate.
What's important for homebuyers to see is that these home prices aren't technically depreciating at a dramatic rate like these headlines want you to believe, they're just decelerating or ‘leveling out.’
The future of home prices are still expected to appreciate.
