IT Manager/Business Intelligence Specialist
Main responsibilities including the management of information technology systems including but not limited to:
• IT Strategy and Implementation
• Manages relationship with IT services provider
• Manages servers, programs, mobile devices, contracts to ensure continued
• Maximum utilization of all services
• Monthly test of backup data to ensure integrity
• Audit processes and training to ensure best practices in IT
• Manages IT helpdesk
• Manage IT support personnel
• Management of mobile device inventory and approval of bills
• Management of all IT Equipment Inventory
• Approve all IT Expenses
• Server as ERP Administrator
• Set up new users and locations
• Consult on process changes to best utilize the system and meet needs and goals
• Supervise the BI Development Data Team
• Support the team and manage the current reports that exist
• Oversee the project management of the production of new reports
• Strategically work on the best ways to store and manage our data so that it is easily ingested into the warehouse and available for future quality reporting
• Oversee and maintain the quality and performance of our data warehouse and BI tool
Experience and Education requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Experience in data warehouses, data lakes, third party relationship management
• Minimum of 3 years of experience

Looking for an Inventory Analyst in Amarillo, Texas.
The Inventory Analyst develops, implements, and maintains all procedures and protocols regarding proper inventory control for the purpose of maintaining accurate financial information.
Essential Job Functions include:
Partner with the company accounts receivable department to ensure all transactions are accounted for
Quickly and accurately work to resolve discrepancies between the amount of inventory and the amount of revenue; Review the purchase side of inventory orders as needed
Monitor inventory levels very closely and resolve any issues that may become apparent
Develop and implement systems for accurate management of inventory.
Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent attention to detail to immediately notice any discrepancies regarding inventory and finances
Ability to solve complex problems and provide solutions to previously unsolved issues
High level of initiative and ability to work independently
Professionalism
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite with special emphasis on Excel and Outlook
Experience and Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
Ag Industry experience preferred

Support Supply Chain function to ensure Business objectives are met. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide data analytics related to Supply Chain
Recommend improvements and reduce costs.
Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements
Coordinate with Supply Chain and Account Services teams to ensure timely production and dispatch entries
Coordinate with vendors
Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects
Monthly matching of physical inventory to SAP inventory
Support in quarterly audits (strict deadlines to be met)

Preferred Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business preferred.
Proven experience as a Supply Chain Analyst, Logistics Coordinator or similar role preferred.
Experience in data mining, analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with supply chain processes including inventory planning, warehouse management, production planning.
Working knowledge of MS Office and SAP
