KMA had a wonderful evening attending the 2026 PACDC Gala & Awards Ceremony at The Mütter Museum in Philadelphia, celebrating the incredible accomplishments of community leaders and organizations. From affordable housing and economic development to neighborhood revitalization and social impact, the work recognized throughout the evening continues to shape a more equitable city. Congratulations to all of the awardees, finalists, and advocates! 

Martina led another “Detail University” session yesterday. This time, the team explored a building wall section for an affordable housing project in Harrisburg, PA. We broke into groups to discuss and sketch how we would approach the design, working through how the footing, slab-on-grade foundation, exterior wall, insulation, waterproofing, and interior finishes all connect. It was a great hands-on learning session and a collaborative way to better understand how thoughtful detailing supports building performance and constructability.
