We love to share these incredible patient success stories with you on . Today’s story comes from a male patient who worked with a dietitian after a diagnosis with cirrhosis and prediabetes. After learning about insulin resistance, he worked to eliminate alcohol, began intermittent fasting, removed those late-night sweets from his diet, and found new vegetarian sources of protein to keep up with his vegetarian diet. After these lifestyle changes, he has lost 14lbs, reduced his A1c from 6.1% to 5.5%, lowered total cholesterol from 185 to 180, and saw a glucose level decrease from 139 to 131! We are so thrilled to see these results!
