Women on the Frontline Wisdom Corner:
Leading while in your personal storm

Many times, being a woman on the frontline requires showing up for the assignment and others while you are yet going through your personal storm/ development. We have very few safe places to lay our heads when we are going through. Yes, we have God but God also gave us community. We are human and sometimes you need a place to just be "A Woman." No titles, just a woman. A place where you can release and be refilled. A place where women understand and value covering you in your weakest moments. A place of understanding and compassion. A nonjudegment zone. A place where iron can sharpen iron. A place where women actually fight for you in the spirit.

Women on the Frontline exist just for that woman in leadership ministry. Sometimes you don't have the language to what you are going through, but someone does.

Lose the weight

There's a weight that is lifted when you can actually say "I'm tired." You don't have to carry what's not yours to carry. Start letting go and giving people back what's there's. If you could carry it, it wouldn't be stressing you. You are not assigned to carry it, give it back to the original owner❤️
