To celebrate International Women's Day on Friday, several members of our Client Services team had the opportunity to attend the first in the series of the 2024 Women in Leadership series, hosted by the Ames Chamber of Commerce and featuring keynote speaker Mo Collins spoke on the topic of "Dare to Disrupt: Five Ways for Women to Lead." The event was held at Gatherings in Nevada (one of many local woman-owned businesses in the area!) We're proud of this great group of ladies who do an amazing job every day representing Sigler!

Today we’re celebrating the amazing women who empower our company every day and our fearless female leaders who help us inspire inclusion for women and girls in our community! “When we inspire others to understand and value women’s inclusion, we forge a better world.”

Cindi and Cassidy from Team Sigler made their way to Orlando this month for the 2024 ServiceMaster Annual Conference, which features our longtime partner Two Men and a Truck. We’re always looking forward to the opportunity to showcase our branded apparel, promo items and Sigler services, and a little Florida sunshine doesn’t hurt either!

In addition to our monthly GIVE Day, the GIVE Committee has launched a quarterly BIG GIVE! Winners are selected from the team members who have elected to make a recurring donation to the committee each pay period and get to choose a charity to receive a $300 donation! (Winners also receive a fancy sash and a bag of goodies!) 💎🎁

Our newest quarterly BIG GIVE winner was Brian Tucker, one of our senior graphic designers who is also our image and video specialist! For his charity, Brian ("BT") chose Cubbie's Cupboard (the food pantry for the Nevada Community School District).
