Our top priority is ensuring our attendees participate in meaningful and safe experiences at their events and protecting the health and well-being of our attendees, clients and employees.

In response to rising concerns about the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), Iowa State University has issued a directive to close the campus to all events from March 16 to April 4. This directive includes Stephens Auditorium, Fisher Theater and the Scheman Building.

Closing our venues is the right action to prevent exposing our employees and the people we serve to health risks and to reduce the strain on our healthcare providers.

Clients with contracted events are being contacted by our Conference Services team to discuss rescheduling or cancellations. We ask for your patience as this process may take some time.
