It's been a while since our last posting, but here is an installation of a power transfer hinge. After drilling a hole through the width of the door the wire is pulled through the hole and connects to an electrified leverset.

This install replaced a standard lockset and deadbolt setup. This particular install is using the wireless remote access option allowing customers to be "buzzed" in.

Installed a pull trim for a Detex panic exit device.

For those of you who do not want to change batteries a mechanical push button combination deadbolt just might be for you.
