Grief doesn’t always look like sobbing on the floor.
Sometimes it looks like functioning all day… and falling apart the moment your head hits the pillow.

After Connor died, sleepless nights became a new kind of battle. I was exhausted in every way, yet unable to rest. And with time came a heartbreaking realization: there are mothers everywhere carrying the same kind of loss… living life with a hole in their heart that can’t be filled.

In desperation, a simple prayer rose up: Lord, please let me sleep.

And then came the gentle nudge to reach out to the “Strong Mama’s.” Six women who understood without explanation, without judgment, without trying to fix what couldn’t be fixed… only to hold space, pray, and walk together.

That one message became connection.
Connection became comfort.
And comfort became a community.

Because even in the darkest nights, you were never meant to carry grief alone.
