The 2-2-2-3 interval format from The Games in ‘17 is still such a fun (and effective) way to program a workout.
Give this workout a go next time you’re looking for something besides an AMRAP or EMOM.

Remember, the first 3 intervals are 2:00 and the last (fourth) interval is 3:00 long.
Rest 1:00 between each.
If you don’t have a bag, just Power clean- it will still be great!
No Echo Bike? No problem, use whatever cardio machine your heart desires ❤️‍🔥
