💀 TAG A FRIEND AND READ BELOW FOR INFO ON THIS YEARS HCFA HORROR NIGHT WORKOUT AND MAZE💀

The maze will be escape room style and in each room you will have to preform a series of exercises for a prescribed rep count in order to exit. Starting Monday October 22nd there will be clues attached to exercises that you will need in order to survive the maze. The clues will be posted at Hardcore Fitness Anaheim and the workout of the day will prep you for what’s to come, so you will not want to miss a day. Before entering the maze you will be prepped on what to expect and all questions will be answered at that time by one of our staff members. Each group will be given a stop watch and the teams who survive the maze with the best time will win prizes. We will be letting in groups of 6 people every 5 minutes so prepare your squad and RSVP your time ASAP!! First group will be let in the night of Friday October 26th at 7pm 😈

The gym will be a open gym the week of the Maze 10/22 - 10/27. That means all non members are welcome and encouraged to come in that week to gather clues and prepare with workouts.
