Three buildings have stood at the edge of Marble Canyon long enough to become part of the landscape itself. The Old Lodge. The Old Adobe. The Gallery Building. We’re not tearing them down. We’re restoring them.

This is a preservation project, one that takes more investment, more care, and more complexity than starting over would. We’ve chosen it deliberately, because these buildings have value that cannot be replicated.

Our SEVA Build team just completed construction on Boundary by Terra Vi, Durango - our very first Boundary property.

Now, the crew turns their attention to our upcoming Terra Vi Nature Lodges. Adventure is just getting started.
